vanity, the excessive in one's own abilities and/or attractiveness to others. she is not quiet, nor does she blend into the crowd. her personality makes her easily recognized and that is how she likes it. her voice can reach a fairly high volume, and sometimes(though she'll never admit it), it breaks a bit. she does not believe that she has any flaws, and usually calls them "odd quirks". vanity is afraid of being unnoticed. that was how her current personality formed itself. she used to be somewhat decent until something in her past traumatized her into doing everything she could to be as noticeable as possible. quick to criticize, vanity does not like others look funny. ever head of the saying don't judge a book by its cover? well, if you haven't, don't worry; neither has vanity. though i doubt it would make a difference. even if you don't look funny, she'll find a reason to make fun of you. hell, she'll make fun of the one piece of fur on your head that stands up. she absolutely hates it when others don't agree with her. to be honest, she thinks the world revolves around her(though that may be the fault or her parents, for they had never taught her anything different). she doesn't really think of others as being main characters in her life. in her world, she is the star while the others are just there to fill empty space. vanity is very sarcastic and quick to snap at others. if someone isn't fast enough to answer a question or get something for her, then they better be ready because they'll get a mouthful from her.

vanity's eyes are a greenish yellow color, and are a bit unnerving during the night(though quite honestly her personality muffles anything about her that might frighten someone).

pelt:

the majority of her fur is a beautiful creamy peach color, while the rest is covered in various spots of white. there is actually a pinkish tint around her muzzle and eyes, but it's really just some of her skin showing through. her fur is very long and thick, and(unfortunately for others)she sheds a little.

kit;

vanity was born in bloodclan to her parents whose names she doesn't really care to remember, so i will not type them in this space. her father ignored her, for the most part, only coming by to visit when her mother snapped at him. vanity was very jealous though when on one of those few visits her father seemed to pay more attention to her sister, Lust(who will be made soon). now, vanity actually liked her sister, but she did not like her sister getting more attention from their father than she herself did. that was the beginning of her personality change. eventually, her father noticed her, but not in the way she wanted. he scolded her harshly and even pushed her down. really all he did was make her worse; because really, she wanted his attention and that was the only way she knew how to get it.

apprentice;

she decided that being an apprentice is defintely harder than being a kit. you have to get up early, fight cats who are stronger than you, and watch your father still continue to ignore you on a daily basis. vanity thought that being a kit was difficult; now she wished she was still five moons old and could just sleep the day away.

extra:

vanity is way younger than before... oh, and sorry for the lack of capital letters. i'm really tired. ugh, i think my writing from before was actually better than this. or, well, longer and more descriptive. then again i didn't use a lot of synonyms and usually just said the same word two or three more times... i really need to quit spamming this area every three seconds. insert procrastination space here. finished in a day! new record, i think.
