Okay, I am not an expert at this, but I consider myself okay at doing a few picture manipulations. I do everything on photoshop, and sometimes I use MS paint. Anyway, I love making graphics, and I try my best to make them look good. If I add an insane amount of stuff to a picture, and it looks horrible, don't be afraid to tell me so. <3
My_A B I L I T I E S---
-I can change eyes colors, fur colors, etc
-I can add words, swirls, and some forms of writing with brushes I get from deviantart
-I can merge picture (think that's the right way to put it)
-I can sort of re-size picture, though sometimes they look very bad.

{for some reason, my tables will not work here, so I am sorry for the inconvenience. The one site that I've tried them on where they did work wasWarriors Cant Take Me and Ruled By Paws. I'm also not very good at making them, but I can do the single layered ones. Multilayered ones I am still working on perfecting. I can give you a link to one I have posted though.
